Walking a property

  • One item is one photograph, one rating, and a note if it needs one. Record it in the room you are standing in; that is what keeps the report honest.
  • The report takes its name from what you chose at the start. You can change that later.
  • An interrupted walk is kept. Close the app mid-item and the draft is still there when you come back.
  • Nothing is signed inside the app. You send the report and it gets signed wherever your paperwork is normally signed.

Sending a report

The report leaves as a PDF through your phone's share sheet, so it goes wherever you send it - mail, messages, a filing app. If sending fails, the report is still on your phone and the send can be tried again.

Purchases

Use Restore purchases in Settings when an existing plan is not recognised. Inspection Report offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Any free trial is shown only when your app store reports you are eligible, and its length and the first charge date come from that store, not from us. A plan renews at its stated period until cancelled in your store account settings (the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android).

When you write to us, include the app version, the phone's system version, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send your store account password, your payment-card number, or a full receipt.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Reports you already saved stay on your phone. Your app store handles payment, refunds, eligibility, cancellation, and billing decisions - for a refund on iPhone use Apple's Report a Problem, and on Android use Google Play's refund request.

Privacy requests

Email Support@articraftor.com with the subject Inspection Report privacy request. Settings shows a plan help code you can include so we can find the right records.
